The existing bay window bump out was past due for an update- the metal roof had been leaking, the wall framing and floor had to be replaced, it was time for a complete makeover. Repairs were made to the structure then new energy efficient Andersen windows were installed. The exterior trim and finishes are a combination of PVC and composite materials creating a "low to no maintenance" exterior surface. A new copper standing seam metal roof completes this makeover. Simple lines, clean surfaces and easy to take care of for years to come-
