This original deck had served well for many years but it was time to "fix a few things" so we redesigned the access point to the rest of the backyard and replaced the old deck and railing with all new...New footings, new pressure treated posts and proper pt framing, black metal balusters in new pt top and bottom runners with a 2x6 top rail cap. Additionally this deck was designed to be converted into a future screened-in porch with a second floor accessible deck above
