Brossard Mudroom and Laundry
Combining the laundry with the mudroom entrance (which is on the side of the house, not the "formal" entry on this home) turned out to be an extremely practical decision!
Often, wet snow pants, hats and gloves can be peeled off and tossed right into the dryer, and in the summertime, coming home from swim lessons also means wet towels and bathing suits can go right into the laundry!
Individual cubbies outfitted with several hooks and space for shoes, boots and book bags for each child keeps clutter under control, while Mom and Dad get their own closet (opposite the cubbies)
