A lakefront condominium remodeled to create a family vacation home for generations to come. The residence is situated in a sprawling natural setting of lush lawns and gardens, immersed in tall trees along the shores of Lake Tahoe.

We created a functional and cozy design for this active family with an open great room and a fireplace right in the center of the room, creating warmth in very direction. The large round dining table accommodates ten, perfect for big family dinners and entertaining, plus the kitchen island provides four additional seats. There is also plenty of comfortable sofa seating with back to back sofas as well as a third sofa, creating a gathering space with room for everyone. Hardwood floors and ceilings create a rustic mountain feel and the abundance of windows inviting visitors to take in the nature and views make this a perfect vacation home for family and friends.
