Strategic spatial organization is the main criteria in this renovation of 60 square feet. This renovation was a small scale project consisting of 60 square feet with a need to maximize space and bathing space yet following the regulations set forth by Carol Condominium Association. With a material strategy of minimum selection the material created the illusion of continuous walls and floors where the warmth of wood across the entire lavatory wall created a scale shift disparate in a typical bath. The full glazed shower door allows for minor visual separation further establishing the illusion of scale.
