The project was driven by the owner's desire for the epitome of audio video systems combined with an extensive collection of modern and contemporary art as well as an aesthetic uniformity throughout the residence. The solution was to have the A/V equipment
built into a "thickened wall" condition of cabinetry allowing the art and audio video equipment to become the focal points.
