Chicago Condo Remodel with a View

A two bedroom condo overlooking Lake Michigan boasted spectacular views. However, the one major problem was that the kitchen was closed off from the rest of the apartment. Normandy Designer Liz Reifschneider created an open-concept floor plan for the family to entertain and enjoy the view. She also reworked every area of the condo, including baseboards, door casings and custom crown molding. The master bathroom and powder room were also updated with stylized looks that included more cabinetry and room for storage.
