The usual request is a kitchen that looks like it was pulled from a magazine. However, this was not the case for this remodel. Theywanted a unique space that reflected their casual and eclectic decorating style.

The aesthetic is captured through design details such as a false tray ceiling made from reclaimed barn wood and a textured tile backsplash in a herringbone pattern. A small addition and revised layout also allowed for an eating nook and more windows to flood the space with natural light.
