This small kosher kitchen in a semi-D maximizes limited square footage — 8'5" x 14'9" including 3 doors — to get completely separate counter runs for milk and meat, and 2 sinks and dishwashers. Broom storage was squeezed into a narrow niche between the fridge and a (former) exterior wall. A breakfast nook and pantry were positioned in the adjacent enclosed porch. Stock cabinets were used throughout.
