Yehudis and her husband own both sides of a semi-D. At first they rented out one side. In 2016 they annexed the other side's basement but still rented out the 1st and 2nd floor — I redesigned their basement back then to accommodate their growing family. This time we completely combined the 2 sides into one, turning this into a spacious single family home with the main floor supporting an eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room and family room.
