This project was quite an undertaking. This bathroom originally had a small shower and jacuzzi tub. No one used the tub and it was taking up way too much space. After gutting the entire space, we were able to make a large shower with a handheld shower head on a slide bar and a rain head as well. The operator controls were moved over to the opening so that you no longer stepped into the shower and got wet, turning the shower on. The entrance to this shower was moved to the end for zero entry access. A slight curb was built only for the single pane of glass used instead of a shower door. A fan/lite/heater combo was installed in the ceiling, furthering the comfort of the space. Using the existing vanity and top, we tied the design together by using the accent tile from the shower behind the mirrors. A custom storage cabinet and new toliet finish out the space.
