This project was an extensive renovation in a Condo on the second floor of a building. Nothing had been updated in many years. Our team took the original cabinets, add length to them, new shaker style doors, paint and hardware to update them. New undercabinet lighting was installed, can lights and pendants over the island were installed. Corregated tin was used on the face of the island to further enhance the beach vibe. A Quartzite countertop was installed in complimentary colors. New distressed waterproof plank flooring was installed through out for ease of cleaning. Baseboards, shoemolds and window trims were custom made further enhancing the clean lines of the condo. Custom barndoors were installed as a functioning bedroom door, and as a architectural focal point. All areas received an updated paint color. The staircase which was originally golden oak was stripped and distressed to match the waterproof plank. All three baths received new fixtures, and wide format porcelain tiles installed over Schluter waterproofing in the wet areas. Overall this transformation exceeded the homeowners expectations.
