to renovate an existing 1950’s house in a transitional style. sited on a high profile corner, it was important for the neighbourhood streetscape that the house have two well designed facades. a second storey was added featuring a master suite taking in mountain views. the main floor features open plan kitchen, dining, and living spaces with french doors leading to outdoor entertaining spaces. The basement features a wine room, and a media/family room with full bar.
