to transform an existing 50’s bungalow into an updated, more contemporary home that integrates the front as well as the rear yard. the front court is bordered by a linear reflecting pond that highlights the luis barragan-esque style slate wall with a cascading water feature. the upper floor was all hand framed to take full advantage of vaulted ceilings throughout.
