Working closely with the local municipality, Henderson Construction Ltd., and then Naikoon Contracting Ltd., this two house subdivision was designed to respond to the triangular nature of the property and the City of North Vancouver’s strict building bylaws. Utilizing modern and green materials, high ceilings and an open plan design concept, this residence compliments its neighbour and neighbourhood. This, smaller of the two houses, still maintains an open plan, a yard and garage. These energy efficient homes achieved a Green rating of Energuide 84.
