A kitchen that received a simple facelift without changing everything.

This homeowner gravitated toward a traditional Craftsman style. We incorporated state of the art appliances that these home chefs will enjoy for years to come. With new cabinet stain and a beautiful green hue for the island, we were able to transform the look of the kitchen while keeping the existing footprint. Pendant lights were removed and new recessed LED lighting took their place. This adjustment enlarged the space and made it feel more open and inviting. *Designer Tip: You don’t always need pendants or light fixtures in a space; sometimes less is more.The client requested we keep the existing counters and we were up for the challenge! We replaced dated yellow walls with a sophisticated warm white paint color which blended perfectly with the backsplash and complimented the granite countertops. This gorgeous art deco backsplash was the star of the show pulling everything together! It truly complimented the craftsman look while still remaining timeless.
