Step back in time and experience the rebirth of history in the heart of downtown Fort Worth through our Industrial Loft Remodel project in the iconic T&P Building. This historically rich structure, known as the Texas and Pacific Railway Terminal, was constructed in 1931, serving as a vital transportation hub, and it still echoes with tales of a bygone era.
Our design pays homage to the building's legacy by seamlessly blending industrial elements with modern luxury. The kitchen has been reinvented with a rolling ladder to optimize all storage capabilities, merging functionality and style. The walls and ceilings were artistically painted throughout the space to conceal the HVAC system, preserving the loft's raw charm. Original terrazzo floors, reminiscent of the building's inception, were uncovered and meticulously polished to glisten anew. The guest suite and master suite underwent a remarkable metamorphosis, reflecting our client's unique tastes, while the bathrooms offer a personalized, elegant retreat - with a little bit of whimsy.
