East Laurelhurst Residence
This single family residence is located on a quiet residential street on the shores of Lake Washington with views of Mount Rainier to the southeast.
The clients wanted a home that would fit into the context of the neighborhood and be a great place for their family to grow. The home also needed to respond to the steep slope of the lot and create a connection to the lake below.
Our solution was a five bedroom residence with attached garage. The style is reminiscent of turn of the century Atlantic coastal shingled architecture, a timeless expression that is compatible with the traditional architecture of the neighborhood.
