We were asked to give this four story brick home a complete makeover from top to bottom, inside and out. The home's site in Seattle'a Washington Park neighborhood is well known because of its sweeping views of Lake Washington and the Cascade Mountains as well as for its well-kept gardens. The house itself has good bones but needed a lot of work to meet its full potential.
