Georgetown Alterations

We reconfigured the first floor of this 1911 Georgian home to enhance the flow between the house and its spacious rear garden. A new family room bay expands the former kitchen wing. The antique greenhouse was replaced with a modern conservatory structure housing an airy eat-in kitchen. Service areas are placed between public rooms in front and private family spaces at the rear. Above the living room bay, the master bedroom suite features a balcony overlooking the garden.
