Greek Revival
This new house overlooking parkland and the Potomac River features a vernacular Greek Revival style to reflect the classicism of the nation's capital and the family's New Orleans heritage. With the main entry located on the side, the expansive living room and a trio of shuttered French doors offer uninterrupted access to the porch and the panoramic views beyond. The family room similarly spans the back, looking onto the terrace and garden. The open entry/stair hall and kitchen connect these large front and rear rooms and allow views through the house.
