We met with these homeowners after they downloaded the e-book we offer on our website (it's pretty helpful!). Their kitchen had no room for expansion but they really needed more cabinets and they wanted to lighten up the room - color wise and with recessed lights.
To give the kitchen a more open feeling, we eliminated the half wall on the left side of the doorway and cut back the right side to be flush with the cabinets.
After our kitchen designer from Bender Showrooms measured the kitchen, he came up with a layout based on their specifications. They met with him at the New Haven showroom and decided on the cabinets - Fabuwood in Nexus Frost. They selected a granite countertop in Azul Platino with a 4" backsplash.
In addition to the carpentry aspect, they need to have their electrical panel upgraded. Along with that, they had 8 recessed lights and 4 under cabinet lights installed.
The project took approximately 3 weeks and it looks fabulous!
