Sometimes a house just needs a gentle nudge in the right direction. The architecture and age of this Fox Point ranch quietly whispered midcentury—now, after a thoughtful remodel, it announces it with quiet confidence and a wink of boldness.

In this project, we remodeled the primary bathroom, guest bathroom, and laundry room, leaning into the home’s roots while creating calm, modern spaces that support real family life. It’s a refined interpretation of midcentury style—more soul than statement, more timeless than trendy.

The primary bathroom sets the tone with warm terracotta tile and grounding flagstone floors. A freestanding tub, floating rift sawn white oak vanity, and sculptural shelf bring warmth, structure, and a touch of softness. The result is a serene space, elevated by simple, intentional design.

The guest bathroom continues the story with clean lines, subtle textures, and soft finishes—a space that feels both refined and welcoming for visitors.
And in the laundry room, function meets form with smart storage, hardworking surfaces, and modern utility. It's a space designed to support the daily rhythm of family life—practical, beautiful, and built to last.
