This Wauwatosa family was looking to add a fourth bedroom for their growing crew. If a renovation was going to happen,t hey wanted to updated the style of the home while keeping it in kind with it's neighbors. The third floor attic offered potential for expansion, but they were hesitant to alter the front elevation of the home. A renovation plan was created with new and dramatic enhancements to the rear of the structure. Even the necessary fire escape stairs were designed to compliment the aesthetic.
The new design offers a generous master suite, a large bedroom with great natural light, two large walk-in closets, two linen closets, and a spacious master bathroom.
