The exquisite existing mirrored nightstands and oversized quatrefoil antiqued mirrors set the tone for the master bedroom. A textured taupe, champagne, and chocolate textured rug laid the foundation for the space. An oversized warm brown with gray glazed king panel bed was chosen because of its stately presence and simple lines. Across the room stands a distressed natural Elmwood sideboard with a large horse painting to give balance to the space. To add color and texture, a striking chocolate tweed duvet with accent banding, euro pillows in a diamond pattern, quilted shams, a textured tan accent pillow, and a bed scarf in a diamond pattern were placed on the stately king bed. Complementing the height of the bed and mirrors we placed crackled gray oversized lamps on each nightstand. To complete the desired design a powerful damask styled fabric was picked out for the custom pinch pleat draperies with blackout lining for privacy.
