In 2007, we remodeled a townhouse a young couple had recently purchased in Santa Monica. The 2,000 sq-ft space was spread across three floors. It also featured a fourth floor rooftop terrace. We focused per our clients’ request on the second level -main living space, kitchen-, the third floor’s loft area and guest bath and the rooftop. The bedrooms and baths of the ground level were not in our scope. The clients wanted to integrate some of their existing furniture pieces. Their objective was to create a dynamic and youthful environment.
