This contemporary walnut kitchen was finished with a natural oil which was not at all adequate for the conditions. Massive sun damage bleached the walnut to a light tan color. Plus, they left the retractable doors open most of the time, which showed a mismatch when closed. It was very challenging to restain the damaged areas overall to match the undamaged doors so they all blended in when closed.
