This tenant suite had a very simple laundry room and while most would say, that is good enough, the value of the suite is increased when you offer higher end finishes including the laundry room. So the stacker was replaced with a side by side , front loading machine and ventless dryer, custom made cabinetry for added storage and a gorgeous folding station complete with a back splash.
