Whole Home Renovation

The master ensuite before was little more than a squeezed out hole for a shower, toilet and vanity. The old shower wall was removed and a glass wall was put in its place. This provided a glass enclosure rather than a cave and added lighting provided more of a tranquil setting in this now Master Ensuite.

The shower was now increased by 2 ft and in-cased in glass. this made the room feel even larger.

The wall of the bathroom was likely pushed outward by 2 feet to increase the footprint of the bathroom. The vanity size allowed was now 60 inches rather than 20 inches.

This was the Master Ensuite. Extremely small, no storage and no room to move!
Master Ensuite Shower
The toilet was recessed into the wall and the same tile used on the floor was brought up the wall behind the toilet. Lighting and shelves were placed inside for a detail not present in most bathrooms.

The main bathroom was given an updated look with individual vanities, a complete tiled wall giving the rustic feel of the cedar that was kept a complimented look.

This was the main bathroom. Long vanity and only 1 sink to use. The room looked more like a cottage style with hollywood lighting.

By removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room, it allowed a tremendous amount of light to enter room and no windows were added. The island now created allowed for a minimum of 4 additional seating spots and huge storage.
Kitchen renovation
This wall was a barrier between the kitchen and the dining room. The dining room was dark and not very inviting.

The staircase was given new presence. The old aluminum rails were replaced with wood as were the risers. The staircase was now given more presence when entering the home.

The staircase was very dated and did not provide more presence other than a means by which to go upstairs.
