This long term master plan features sandstone slab steps and a paver entry walk. A courtyard was desinged with Eldorado Stone and iron accents. Basalite Italian Renaissance pavers were used as the paving for the entry walk and the back patio. In the back yard a large cover patio set the back drop for an outdoor TV with a Sunken HotSprings Hot tub and outdoor kitchen. A timber shade structure and outdoor fire place were designed to be phased in at a later date. Lush plantings were used to screen the neighbors but were placed to keep the views of Table Rock open. This project was designed in 2008 and installed by Sterling Landscape.
