Troutner Way

The main goals behind this extensive remodel was to enhance the overall esthetics, expand the outdoor entertain areas, add shade to the hot back yard and a safe stairway from the upper deck to the lower levels. The existing deck was redone in Trex while a new stair way with landing was designed and installed. The railing was changed from wood to wrought iron to match the perimeter fence. Abbotsford pavers were used for the main patios, while CMU walls were finished with cultured stone to match the residence. Natural stone slab steps and a curving path now act as the main gateway between the Back and Entry patios. This project was installed in 2009 by Sterling Landscape and Boon LLC. The Landscape Lighting was installed by AfterDark Lighting.
