This whole-house remodel was designed by Polymath Studio and built by Weitzer Company. The kitchen and living room were redone to create a cohesive open space that flows naturally. The second story was updated from a narrow space with a low ceiling to a full height second story. Additionally, the basement was updated to include an ADU and the foundation was repaired and partially rebuilt. After realizing that a large tree was not going to be able to be saved, it was removed and Weitzer Company used wood from that tree to create a custom live edge mantel for the living room fireplace.
