Upper level expansion to create a Primary Suite with Sitting Room and outdoor decks. Roof tiles and stucco were carefully matched to the existing. The added forms help to improve the balance of the massing on the upper level improving the curb appeal of the house. The Owners were in Thailand for the majority of the time while design and construction were taking place requiring communications via email.
