This 1960's era ranch style home was completely remodeled and expanded to bring it up to date and provide more living space for its growing family. The ground floor was expanded to provide a new large kitchen / great room / breakfast area plus a new master bedroom suite. The lower level now includes a large rec. room, a guest bedroom suite, and two bedrooms. The upper floor was remodeled into two bedrooms and two baths. A more dramatic entryway enhances the front of the house. A new covered patio with barbeque opens off the kitchen. The house received new cultured stone and stucco exterior wall finishes along with concrete roof tiles.
