700 SF two story addition to a small one story house on a small urban lot. Ground level included a Living Room and a Laundry / Utility Room. Upper level included a Primary Suite. The project also included the remodel of the existing kitchen and minor remodeling of the existing attic. A deck was added at the rear of the house.
