This condominium is located in a high rise building overlooking Denver's Cheeseman Park. Remodeling was a challenge due to the concrete construction of the building which did not allow recessed lights to be installed above the ceilings in the major areas. Dropped ceiling panels were utilized in order to provide down-lighting in critical areas. Brazilian Cherry engineered wood flooring warms the living areas and provides contrast to the white walls.
