**From backyard patio to fully livable space — this ADU addition is one we're proud of. ?**

This project started with an old covered patio and a homeowner with a vision. We converted it into a complete living unit — full kitchen, bedroom, living room, dining area, and a brand new bathroom — all built from the ground up.

The kitchen features white shaker cabinets, black granite countertops, stainless appliances, and LVP flooring throughout. The bathroom got white subway tile surround with a built-in bench seat, grab bars, and a clean vanity with updated lighting. Every room was framed, drywalled, painted, and finished to match the quality of the main house.

This is exactly the kind of work we love — turning underused space into something that adds real value, whether it's housing family or generating rental income.
