**From the ground up — this new construction build is one we're proud of. ?**
This project started as a side yard and turned into a complete 1,200 sq ft attached addition, built from the foundation all the way to the finishing touches. Our team handled it all — footings, framing, roof trusses, sheathing, and weather wrap — before bringing it to life inside and out.
The exterior features durable horizontal lap siding with board-and-batten accents on the gables, stacked stone veneer at the garage and entry columns, and crisp white trim that ties it all together. A custom carriage-style garage door with arched windows, lantern-style lighting, and new gutters give it that warm, craftsman-inspired curb appeal.
Inside, the kitchen showcases white shaker cabinets, matte black hardware, quartz countertops, and a glossy gray elongated hexagon tile backsplash that adds texture and depth. The laundry area was outfitted with a deep utility sink, gray cabinetry, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. In the bathrooms, you'll find a frameless glass shower with marble-look tile surround, white quartz vanity tops, black matte fixtures, and a custom-framed mirror with a modern five-light vanity fixture. Shaker-style doors, including pocket doors, were used throughout to maximize space and keep the design cohesive.
