**Bathroom Remodel – Full Layout Reconfiguration**

This project took a dated, cramped bathroom and completely reimagined the layout within the same footprint. The "before" space featured an old fiberglass tub/shower combo, vinyl tile flooring, a builder-grade vanity, and mobility aids crowding the room — making the space feel tight and outdated.

The remodel relocated the shower, vanity, and toilet to new positions within the room, opening up the flow and making the space feel significantly larger despite no change in overall square footage. The new layout includes a frameless glass-enclosed walk-in shower with large-format white wall tile, a hexagon mosaic tile floor with linear drain, a built-in tiled niche, teak shower bench, and matte black fixtures throughout. A new vanity with quartz-style countertop, framed mirror, and updated five-light vanity fixture anchors the opposite wall, with new dark plank flooring tying the whole space together.
