SPACIO architects were asked by their client to fully utilise all potential for extending the property through a Ground floor, part first floor and loft conversion to the townhouse.

We pushed the ground floor extension out to a depth of 6m's creating a large kitchen living area with separate pantry and laundry room. The first-floor extension created a large double bedroom with attic space for storage and a master en-suite loft conversion.

SPACIO were heavily involved in the interior design of the building as well as seeking permission for re-landscaping of the front garden with new boundary wall, path and planting.

The rear kitchen living led onto a zero threshold decked area and lawn. The GIA of the house increased from 850 sqft to 1525sqft.
