This single-family house is located in a new residential area on the edge of the town, built on a 14sqm infilled rectangle-shaped plot. The objective was to make maximum use of natural light, with the resulting design featuring a prism containing two courtyards, each with different roles.

The main space in the house is on the ground floor where the kitchen, dining room and lounge sit around the main yard, create a continuous wide open space providing light and freshness to the house, similar to traditional Arab houses.
This floor is completed by an office, an ironing room and a backyard, with a more private character, intended for those chores in daily life.

The first floor accommodates three bedrooms, the main one en-suite, and a spacious entertainment area, illuminated by the main yard. This space is designed for children and adults, for a private use
