After having witnessed a project conducted in the same street, SPACIO architects were approached by their client on this 1930’s mid terrace, that had only suffered little changes from its original form, to produce a radical extension and refurbishment plan for the property, to meet the requirements of its new owner.
Consisting of a Ground floor and first floor extension and L shaped loft conversion coupled with complete internal rearrangement, accompanied by hard and soft landscaping and driveway.
The house has been transformed from three to four bedrooms, two of which now benefit from being en-suite. The master loft room benefits from a four-piece bathroom suite, extensive built in wardrobes, and very ample operating space.
