This three bedroom, two bathroom home had recent additions which hindered the full use of the space. An additional bathroom was incorporated on the First floor within the original footprint that rendered the 2nd bedroom down to a box room.

SPACIO architects were appointed to design a first floor extension above an existing ground floor addition to double the room size and produce a worthy 2nd bedroom for the property. The further addition of an en-suite loft conversion increased the property from a poor three bedroom, two bathroom house to a four bedroom, three bathroom with significantly improved internal arrangement.
