This unfinished 2012 basement was a great place to create a get-away space or retreat. A guest bath, bar, workout area & main area were requested to create the retreat this new family was looking for.
Here is how we helped:
--laid out floor plan to allow for requested spaces
--framed, drywalled & painted spaces
--installed cabs & shelving to create wet bar
--installed plumbing & cabs to finish bathroom
--installed doors, trim & flooring to finish rooms
The finished area can serve as a guest suite for visiting family as well as extra family space. It feels like an extension of the upstairs and has created the family retreat requested!
