The storage room in this 1945 basement was the perfect space to create a entertaining/ screening room. The space needed some transformation and a list of items to include were wet bar, snack counter, fireplace and screening space.
Here is how we transformed:
--filled in corner window on future screen wall
--replaced 2 windows on future bar wall
--framed space with soffits to accommodate utilities
--added extra sound deadening in ceiling
--finished space with decorative panel walls
--included wet bar, snack counter and screen area (screen/ projector by others)
The space is now inviting and offers multi-functional spaces. What a great place to spend an evening watching a movie!
