The original open 1978 basement was used for a laundry and storage space but showed potential for expansion of living space. The new homeowners were looking to space to entertain that included their arcade collection. A layout was planned, and selections were made.
Here is how we created the space:
--layout and frame walls including angles
--install electrical & heating as needed, including speakers
--drywall, paint and install floating floor over painted concrete
--install bar cabinets, quartz countertops and penny tile accent
--final touches of floating shelves and decorative wainscoting trim
The amazing result creates an entertaining space for everyone!
The homeowners are enjoying all spaces including the arcade’s new home!
