The families only bathroom was dark and dated. The fixtures were worn out and they couldn't wait until function was restored to the space. All new fixtures were installed (tub, toilet, sink). A new LVT easy to clean floor was selected and compliments the small dark vanity. White subway tile was taken to the ceiling above the new cast iron Kohler tub with a black pencil accent to visually lift the space and make it easier to maintain for the future. New LED can lights were installed above the tub and main room with a recessed medicine cabinet modernizing the appearance of the bathroom. The family now enjoys using the room and even kitty approves!
