This basement was only used for storage but this1929 bungalow upstairs space had out grown the family. They were looking for additional space while loving the location of their bungalow. A family room, laundry room and 2nd bath were requested from their unfinished basement.
Here is how we helped create it:
--added plumbing for a bathroom
--created separate space for laundry
--finished rest of space for family area
--ceiling soffit and drywalled to create feeling of upstairs
--trim and doors stained to be similar to upstairs
What a transformation this space went thru!
The family is now enjoying the additional functional/fun space.
