Universal Design (full accessibility) can still be good looking. This custom cantiilevered vanity top has an undermount etched glass sink. Custom back-lit mirror provides a nice glow on the Italian glass mosaic accent tile wall.

Before & After: Builder's special wall mounted porcelian sink and the typical round mirror were removed.

Sometimes a Powder Room is so small that a wall-hung sink is required. Wall mtd faucet creates more space as well as the mirror backing. 3"x6" glazed subway tile wainscot with painted wood trim and a special shadow wallcovering above.

Universal Design vanity offers kneespace under sink and a much higher toe-kick to allow clearance of wheelchair feet. A custom patterned milestone floor with stainless and brass inlay strips adds visual interest.

This is actually a purchased cherry vanity with bow front and stainless bowl. Slate in various patterns covers the walls and flooring for a very tranquil feel.
