As Interior Designer, Jamie's responsibilities included collaborating directly with the Architect and General Contractor, for this 5 year long New Construction project. All Interior Finishes; including Custom Floor Patterns, Custom Area Carpets, All new Furnishings, Bedspreads & Motorized Window Coverings, Custom Built-in Furnishings & Cab’t Hardware, Custom Light Fixtures & Custom Fireplace Mantles with custom fireplace doors, Selections of Plumbing Fixtures, Appliances & Ceiling Fans, Custom Closets Designs, Custom Ceramic Tile Backsplash, Custom TV Cabinets & coordination with TV Consultant, Custom Waterfall.
Display of Client’s Pottery and Art Collections in Custom Designed Cabinetry. Use of Distressed / Antique Finishes through-out. Features include Indoor, Catering and Outdoor Kitchens, Media Room / Library, Home Offices, Wine Room, Elevator, Screened Porch, Dog Kennel & Clinic Area.
